Colour Mapping of Stones -Mors
Colour Mapping of Stones -Mors (2016). The artwork is located near the Fossil- and Mo-clay Museum on the island Mors. Mo-clay is a type of clay named after the island and is peculiar to the area. The mo-clay was collected in the mo-clay quarry and sorted by colour in order to create the colour map. One colour map is located on the bank of the mo-clay quarry. A second colour map is located at the bottom of the quarry, giving the impression of a straight continuous line between the two colour maps.
The project is realised in cooperation with Land-Shape, KulturKANten, Morsø Kommune and Museum Mors
